Designed in CAD.
Printed in Reality.

We design custom parts from scratch — in CAD, engineered to fit and function. Bike components are our speciality, but we print anything: keyrings, QR codes, models, brackets, prototypes, and whatever else you can imagine.

How it works

Design First.
Print Second.

01
Tell Us Your Idea

Send us a DM, photo, sketch, or broken part. No CAD file needed — we're used to starting from rough concepts and working it out from there.

02
We Design It in CAD

This is where most of the work happens. We model the part parametrically, engineer for the right print orientation, and share the design with you before anything gets printed.

03
Test & Refine

We print a prototype, check fit and function, and iterate the design if needed. Most parts reach final spec in 2–3 rounds. You approve before we run a batch.

04
Print & Deliver

Final parts printed, checked, and shipped. Local pickup in Banyoles always available. Fast shipping across Spain and Europe.

What we make

Custom Parts,
Designed & Printed Here

We handle the full process — from CAD design to finished part. Here's what we make most.

Custom Bike Parts

Designed to your exact geometry — mudguard mounts, cable guides, stem caps, seat clamps, dropout adapters, and anything else your bike needs. We model it first, then print it.

Prototypes & Product Development

Got an idea that needs to become a physical thing? We design, iterate, and test until it works. Fast turnaround between revisions means you reach a final spec without weeks of waiting.

Small Batch Production

Once the design is locked, we can run consistent small batches — same tolerances, same quality, every unit. Ideal for brands, teams, or anyone who needs more than one.

Accessories & Mounts

Garmin mounts, light brackets, bottle cage adapters, phone holders — we design these to fit your specific handlebar diameter, stem, or setup. No compromises, no adapters.

Where the real work happens

The Design Is the Product.
Printing is How We Deliver It.

Most of our work happens before a print job ever starts. We design every part in CAD — modelling for fit, function, stress, and manufacturability. A good part starts with a good design. That's where we spend most of our time, and it's what separates a part that works from one that doesn't.

01
Parametric CAD Modelling

Every component is built parametrically — meaning dimensions, tolerances, and geometry can be adjusted quickly. Got a slightly different dropout spacing or clamp diameter? We adapt the model, not the workaround.

02
Designed for Function

We think about how a part loads, flexes, and wears. Wall thickness, infill direction, and print orientation all affect strength — we design with those constraints in mind from the start, not as an afterthought.

03
Iterate Fast, Get It Right

Design, print a test piece, check the fit, adjust. We run quick iterations so you're not waiting days between revisions. Most prototypes reach a final spec within 2–3 rounds.

Don't have a file?
We design from scratch.

A photo, a sketch on a napkin, a broken part you want copied — we've worked from all of these. Send us what you have and we'll figure out the rest.

Materials & Specs

Precision Printing,
Right Materials

We use the right filament for every job — lightweight PLA for accessories, tough PETG for structural parts.

PLA+ / PLA Pro
Accessories, display parts, light-duty mounts — crisp detail, great surface finish
PETG
Structural parts, outdoor use — strong, UV-resistant, slightly flexible

How do I start a project? +
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with your idea, sketch, or file. We'll reply with questions, a timeline, and a quote. No formal process needed — just reach out and we'll take it from there.
Do I need a 3D file to order? +
Not necessarily. If you have a reference photo, a broken part to copy, or a detailed description, we can model it for you. A small design fee applies for custom modelling from scratch.
How long does it take? +
Most single prototypes are ready within 24–72 hours. Small batches (10–50 units) typically take 3–7 days. Complex parts or large orders may take longer — we'll always give you a timeline before you commit.
Are the parts strong enough for riding? +
Yes — with the right design and print settings, 3D printed parts handle real riding conditions very well. We engineer each part for its specific use: wall thickness, print orientation, and structure all affect how a part performs under load. We test parts before shipping.
Do you ship outside Spain? +
Yes! We ship across Europe. Local customers in Banyoles and the Girona area can also pick up orders directly. International shipping rates vary by destination and parcel weight.
Can I order in bulk for my team or brand? +
Absolutely. We specialize in small batch production for cycling brands and teams. Contact us with your quantities and requirements and we'll put together a custom quote with bulk pricing.
